Problem

A Miami attorney specializing in real estate transactions and brokerage law built her practice on referrals — but referrals don't book themselves. A potential client referred by a colleague would search her name, find nothing credible, and the lead would quietly die.

She needed a site that answered the questions every referral has before they pick up the phone: What exactly does she handle? Is she the right fit for my situation? Does she seem like someone I can trust with a complex transaction?

The additional constraint: attorneys are not allowed to make performance guarantees or claim specializations without bar approval. Every line of copy had to be accurate, non-promotional in the legal sense, and still compelling enough to make someone book.

Approach

The site is structured around a single conversion path: land → understand the practice → read a credential or testimonial → start a consultation. No distractions, no blog, no unnecessary pages.

The homepage leads with the clearest possible summary of what she does, then breaks the practice into three areas (real estate transactions, brokerage law, dispute resolution) with enough specificity that a commercial developer, a brokerage owner, and a landlord in a dispute can each self-identify as the right client.

Testimonials from real clients are placed just above the primary CTA, not buried at the bottom. Trust signals need to appear before the ask, not after. The design is clean and warm without feeling like a generic legal template — credibility without the stuffiness.

Outcome

The site launched as her first professional web presence. Referrals now land on a site that does the qualification work before the first call — incoming consultations arrive with a clearer sense of fit, reducing the back-and-forth that used to happen over the phone.

The consultation CTA is the only goal the site has, and the entire structure is optimized toward it.
