How this works

A brief-first build process.

Calls are optional. Written scope keeps the work concrete before anything starts.

  1. 01

    Brief

Send the rough version: goal, audience, deadline, and what already exists.

  2. 02

    Scope

I shape that into the smallest useful build and call out any open risks.

  3. 03

    Quote + deposit

You get a fixed scope, timeline, and 50% deposit to reserve the build.

  4. 04

    Build

I work in focused passes and keep decisions documented as the product takes shape.

  5. 05

    Review

You get two revision rounds unless the service scope says otherwise.

  6. 06

    Launch + handoff

We deploy or hand off the repo after final payment, with scoped fixes covered.

FAQ

The usual questions, answered early.

Do I own the code?

Yes. After final payment, the repo and handoff are yours unless a scope says otherwise.

Do you require a deposit?

Usually 50% to reserve the build, with the balance due before launch or handoff.

What happens after launch?

You get deployment or handoff plus a short bug-fix window for scoped issues.

How many revisions?

Two revision rounds are included unless the service scope says otherwise.

Can you work async?

Yes. Written briefs are preferred, and calls are optional when they help unblock scope.

What if I am not sure what I need?

Send the rough version. I will help scope the smallest useful build.

Do you do maintenance?

Yes, as a separately scoped retainer or follow-up engagement.

About

I build with founder and small-team constraints in mind.

I studied CS at Brown and run a small studio named after my great-grandfather Ramiro, a welder who measured twice before he cut. I build the same way: figure out what's actually at stake, quote a real range up front, and ship something that works. Founders and small teams are where that matters most.
